User Agreement
By using Sea Ranch Abalone Bay’s services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement is legally binding and governs your use of our property.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will protect any personal information you provide to us. Your data will only be used for the purposes outlined in this agreement and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Reservation Confirmation
Once you have confirmed your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Sea Ranch Abalone Bay. Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made in accordance with our policies.
Property Usage
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect during their stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, but additional fees may apply. Guests are responsible for returning all keys and access cards at check-out.
Disclaimer
Sea Ranch Abalone Bay is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on our property. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and release the property owners from any liability.
Payment Policies
All reservations require a deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon check-in. Credit card information will be stored securely for incidentals and damages.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before their scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.
Liability
Sea Ranch Abalone Bay will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended on the property. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables during their stay.
Indemnification
By accepting these terms and conditions, guests agree to indemnify and hold Sea Ranch Abalone Bay harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own actions and are liable for any damages they cause.
